/ 4:50 AM 2day went to chua chu kang to play against hisyam's elder's brother's team. my team consisted of myself, jun kai, hisyam, yudain, yadin, zul, kairul, gouan yang, suren, and wei cheow. it was supposed to be a 11-a-side game but we onli had 10 players so ya, it was a 10-a-side instead. i played resonably well considering tt i was having fever, bad flu, n had almost lost my voice earlier 2day. played as a striker in the first half and as a centre-back in the second half. our team had an average age of 14, compared to their 17. can't say we played badly, but not perfectly either. the game could hv gone either way n we lost 3-2. just as the final wistle was to be blown, heavy rain poured. we rushed to shelter, but we were completely drench. BUT. i was not moaning. the onli thing other than a cute little smile frm a baby which makes me tt happy is playing in the rain. and tt was exactly what i did. i LOVED it. funn. too bad i had no one to play with. none of my frens wanted to join me. i would hv been so much more fun if someone would hv joined me. but not many ppl nowadays relli luv the rain tt much. oh wells. it was still fun. i was dead tired when i reached home. now im having a bad headache n a fever which seems to be getting worse by the second. but if this is the price i had to pay for playing in the rain, i don mind. playing in the rain was just so, so great. guess i just brought out the child in me. hahas. oh wells, it has been a great day. till next time. toodles =) |
