/ 10:00 PM officially my last training/camp in sji. didn't really think i would have another camp. but this is it. my last training as a sji ncc cadet. my last as a specialist. time just flew. it seems like it was only yesterday when i stepped up to be a specialist. and now, here i am, with no more trainings left, just one more AP rehearsal and the actual AP on the 7th of july. this has really been fast. never realli expected it. well, life as a specialist was way different of that of a cadet. its like you suddenly become so much responsible, so much mature. i think this affected my life as a whole. i started to become more mature. well, as specialist, it wasn't all a bed of roses. yes, we did have problems, namely, a certain someone who considered him a solo specialist of his own and refused to co-operate. but despite that, i felt that the rest of us really got on well. i feel this was my most fruitful year in ncc. i became so much closer to my fellow part mates. people like matthew, hwa xiong, julian, jeffery, jin kai and all. i barely talked to them before. but its a whole lot different once we took over as specialists. i think thats what makes this so much of a success. ask past specialists and they would say that once a part takes over as specialists, there would be an element of jealousy. unhappiness that a certain someone has got the post you so dearly wanted. but that was like so non-exisitant in our batch. that is just so heart warming when you actually think about it lah. yeahh. and this is coming from someone who was ready to quit this very cca about a year ago. but npw, im just happy that i din't. rawk on you guys. we specialist 06-07 rawk!! rawk on.
