/ 8:55 AM wow, its already monday. the past few days have gone by really fast. and saturday. it was like a day of total mixed emotions kay. i got happy, pissed, sad, and then had a total laugh, all in one day. heh. that's tiring by itself. haha. anyway, on saturday morning kumz club had a 2ng leg clash with ramosians. we were already leading 5-2 from the first leg, courtesy of goals from gan, huz, satish and 2 from me. but this time round we were missing 2 key players in hisyam and sathia. hisyam was in brunei while sathia and some personal stuff to attend to. this meant that we had to play 10-a-side and i had to play on the left wing, something i have so never done before. so it was ami in goal (with a twisted wrist O.O), satish and kumz in the centre of defense, (satish thereby playing totally out of position), shauqi and sri wing backs, jk the centre of midfield, huz and i on the wings, and anboo and gan spearheading the attack. and the match got off quite well. jk was controlling the ball well in midfield and our defense was steady. we even hit the post in the opening minutes. then deservingly, we went in front. jk and huz played some nice passing before huz chipped in a nice cross amd the confusion between the defender and keeper allowed me to sneak in and header. 1-0. but the lead dint last too long. about 5mins before the end of the half, they equalised, with ami getting a strong touch to the ball, but unable to prevent it from creeping in. 1-1 at halftime. the second half was more of the same. and almost half way into the second half, their centre mid came flying in with a challenge, resulting in a freekick for us. with hisyam not around and satish playing defense, i decided to take the freekick, allowing huz to go up for header. my first instinct was to go for the far top corner, but you had to be ronaldinho to score that. haha. so i decided to go for the near bottom corner, powering a low hard drive. 2-1. i scored a freekick for the first time. heh :D but the joy was short lived. satish pulled a groin muscle as he took a goalkick and the ball fell straight to the stiker in front of goal, allowing him a tap in. 2-2. it was a real stupid goal to give away. and in the dying seconds, with all of our players pushing foreward in search of a winner, they hit us on the break, scoring a gruesome counter attack 2 mins from time. 2-3. heartbreak. big heartbreak. the positive note was that we still won 7-5 on aggregate. but yet, to lose our 100% record was really sad for me. grawr. so that was like the first part of my day. the second part was totally different. so after the match i lunched at anboo's place (the puri was damn nice!) and then rushed back home to bath and change and leave my house again. then i met ami before making our way to rgs to hook up with icky and hazm. so once there we got our tickets to this play called stubbs. then there was the buying of popcorn, the usual confusion over seats blah blah and finally the play begn. my gosh! the play was superdeeduper funny. haha. i loved the amigo dude! and rose has gotta be the lamest girl i met in my life. haha. overall the play was good lah. guess it was a good way to end the day after the earlier defeat? haha. yupp. it was a good way to lighten up the mood. so yes icky, you win, the play was good. haha. after the play, we went to kfc at fareast for dinner. there, lets just say we had our bit of fun. haha. shall not reveal it for icky's sake. haha. but it was really funny. icky: what is it? is it my shirt? is something wrong with me shirt? hazm: no. icky: is it my face? is it a pimple? is something wrong with my face? me: haha, dude, your face is always wrong. haha! xD heh, classic. so yeahh, it was a fun way to end the day lah basically. wasted hazm and i dint take a picture. we would have laughed our heads off. haha. slayers game this friday. calling for support to rally kumz club on! we shall previal! haha. enjoy your day (: |
